National Bylaws

The National Bylaws describe how AYSO operates as a nonprofit corporation within the law. The national structure is defined, the national organization duties and responsibilities are outlined, as well as the responsibilities of a Region. This official version, effective May, 2011 was ratified by the Executive Members at the 2011 National Annual General Meeting (NAGM) in Traverse City, Michigan.
