• When: July 1 – 8, 2012
• Where: Knoxville, TN
• Final games to be played at the University of Tennessee fields.
• This is the first time that the AYSO National Games will be in Tennessee. Past cities that have hosted the Games have been Wellington, Fla. (2010); Oahu, Hawaii (2008); and Chicago, Ill. (2006).
• 3,300 players, 220 team, playing under the AYSO Philosophies:
• Everyone Plays
• Balanced Teams
• Open Registration
• Positive Coaching
• Good Sportsmanship
• Player Development
• Player Age Groups: U-10 through U-19.
• Boys and Girls Competition.
• Special Competition for VIP program (soccer program for children and adults with physical
  or mental disabilities).
• Over 6,500 family and friends will be in attendance.
• Over 1,000 local volunteers, including 300 referees.
• Over 14,000 hotel room nights will be used for the duration of the Games.
• Over 30,000 meals to be served.

• Registration at The Women’s Basketball Hall of Fame
• Panda-monium (Kids Event) at Knoxville Zoo
• Economic Impact: over $9,000,000
