How much is the deposit?

AYSO Soccer Camps does not require any sort of deposit to hold a camp. This means that if, for whatever reason, a camp is canceled, the host does not lose anything.

Does AYSO Soccer Camps help promote our camp within our Region?

Yes, we have a number of different ways to help you promote the camp, including email blasts, registration brochures, flyers, and posters. The only condition is that all records must be current in eAYSO for us to distribute promotional material

What is the minimum number of kids needed to run a camp?

Unfortunately, there isn’t a magic number because it depends on the number of kids in each age group that register. Ideally, we would like to have thirty kids in order to provide a quality camp, but we are flexible to make it work with less.

Can AYSO Soccer Camps coaches help us in other ways?

Absolutely, a great way for us to help you is to hold a coaching clinic the same week you hold a camp. All our coaches can assist with the field sessions of your clinic. We can also help by providing a coach to be a team trainer during your fall season.

When do we receive our 5% check for holding a camp?

The checks get sent out mid-November to allow for all the onsite registrations and refunds to be processed.

Can we reduce the individual camper’s price by not accepting the 5% check?

Yes, we can reduce the price by $5 per child in lieu of donating 5% of the proceeds back to the host

Is player contact information released to third parties for promotions?

No, in order to abide by AYSO’s privacy agreement, AYSO Soccer Camps will not distribute contact information. All promotional materials using contact information from eAYSO are sent by AYSO staff.

Who is UK International Soccer Camps?

UK International Soccer Camps is the camp provider for AYSO Soccer Camps. They hire and train the coaches and process the registrations. We selected them based on their quality staff and ability to align themselves with AYSO’s Six Philosophies.



Can someone from AYSO Soccer Camps attend our registration day?

We would love to come to your registration day to help promote the camp. However, our availability does depend on the location of your Region and the time of year you hold your registration.

Can we offer AYSO Soccer Camps in addition to a camp from a different provider?

Absolutely, there is nothing in our camp agreement that requires us to be your only camp provider. If anything, this will show how high of quality a program we offer.

Can AYSO Soccer Camps hold camps any time other than just the summer months?

Due to the majority of our coaching staff only working part-time in the summer months, most of our programs are limited to June, July, and August. However, special arrangements can be made and we try to be as flexible as possible.

Can AYSO Soccer Camps also provide trainers for our teams throughout the regular season?

Yes, again this is somewhat limited based on the availability of our coaching staff, but we would love to help provide your teams with quality trainers. Contact your local Regional Director for more information.

Yes. With so many people planning vacations during the summer months, it helps to give a few options to the families in your area.

Do we need to be affiliated with AYSO in order to host an AYSO Soccer Camp?

Not at all; however, we use AYSO’s database of contact information for promotional efforts. If you provide us with contact information, we can help promote your camp in your area.
