Marketing Services Coordinator
Summary
The Marketing Services Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Marketing Services Manager with excellent service to AYSO sponsors, advertisers, vendors, membership and the marketing department to insure client/customer retention. The position performs the following duties personally or through team members in related departments.

Digital Design Coordinator
Summary
The Digital Design Coordinator position in the Production Department assists in maintaining a consistent look and feel for the AYSO Brand for items such as conference and meeting collateral, banners, emails and other print/online media. The Digital Design Coordinator will exercise his/her creative skills and knowledge of design principles and software to develop original layouts that reflect the overall style and brand identity of the organization. This person may be called upon to handle any and all phases of projects, from concept through final delivery.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Design and layout of print materials, particularly publications incorporating solid layout/design/typography principles and maintaining consistency of brand image.
- Design web marketing collateral (banners, homepage slides, graphics)
- Assist in creative development of print and multimedia design concepts in support of organization goals and objectives.
- Accurately prepare files for final production as required.
- Create fillable PDFs for membership to download off the website.
- Maintaining the organization's website content as well as assisting with improvements to the website design and functionality.
- Edit raw video footage for use online and in newsletters.
- Provide art/logo files to volunteers and vendors as required/requested and as permitted, in correct formats and in a timely manner.
- Assist with the creation of email blasts for AYSO Sponsors
- Perform other design-related duties as required/assigned.

- Proficiency in Mac and Windows environments.
- Solid understanding of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Acrobat Pro, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel.
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS
- Experience with jQuery or JavaScript preferred
- Experience with Flash and ActionScript helpful.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and tight deadlines – time management and efficiency is a must.

- Excellent problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
EDUCATION/WORK EXPERIENCE
Minimum of Bachelor of Arts degree with emphasis in graphic design, multimedia, web design, art or equivalent, plus two years related experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret website analytics reports. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from volunteer membership, customers, clients, or members of the business community. Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.
